Your recovery is as important as the training you do. Recovery will allow you to perform at your optimal level, progress with your training and reduce the risk of injury

There are many key elements necessary to assist your body so that you optimize recovery.


Here are a few favorites,-

  • Nutrition/Hydration, make sure you eat healthy food and drink plenty of water
  • Stretch Stretch Stretch!
  • Supplements, vitamins are a key ingredient in maintaining optimal health
  • Post training breathing exercises, we can teach you these at our next visit to our office
  • Post training smoothie loaded with protein and leafy greens
  • Hot Baths
  • Rest, meditation and relaxation are as important as exercise
  • Body therapy, i.e. Chiropractic, Manual medicine, Sports  massage
